Training For Warriors with Sura
Training for Warriors is a system of physical and mental training programs designed to encompass detailed warm ups, speed training, strength training, endurance training, flexibility work, all of which are based on a comprehensive evaluation process. The program is designed to “Bring out the Warrior Within” by increasing the physical strength and mental fortitude. Comprised of 8 elements: Evaluation, Prehabilitation, Warm Ups, Strength Training, Metabolic Training Power Training, Mental Training and Nutrition, Training for Warriors gives you the opportunity to workout in a result based training program that is systematic and fits everyone’s needs, keeping you Sweatin’ and Smiling!
An accomplished athlete herself, Sura is highly qualified and experienced in the areas of sport performance and rehabilitative exercise. With Bachelor’s degrees in Exercise Science and Physical Education, she has also been involved in coaching and physical therapy for the Special Olympics and Paralympics in the US since 1999. Sura helps clients achieve exceptional results in strength, agility, conditioning and speed.
